Green sapphire is one of the trade's best-kept secrets — a genuine emerald alternative in natural corundum, prized for durability and an understated, sophisticated color that ranges from soft mint to deep forest. This collection features our green sapphires of one carat and above, sized generously enough to anchor an engagement ring or a standout pendant.
Why green sapphire over 1 carat
Green sapphire is colored by trace iron, sometimes with a touch of titanium, and larger stones let the color read fully and evenly rather than appearing washed out — which is why the one-carat mark is a meaningful threshold for this color. Sourced primarily from Madagascar and Sri Lanka (Ceylon), with select Tanzanian material as well.
Color range. From pale mint and olive tones to richer, more saturated forest green — a genuinely versatile color that pairs well with both yellow and white metal settings.
Treatment. Both heated and unheated stones appear in this collection; treatment status is disclosed plainly on every product page.
Certification. Select stones in this collection carry a GIA report; where present, the issuing lab and report number are noted on the product page.
