SHIPPING POLICY

At a glance

  • United States: Free standard shipping on every order. Processed next business day, delivered in 2–3 business days. Prices shown in USD.

  • Canada: $50 USD flat, or free over $400 USD. Shipped from the US via FedEx or UPS, typically 3–7 business days. Prices shown in CAD at checkout. Canadian customs may apply import duties and GST/HST on arrival; these charges are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not collected by Crescent Gems.

  • International (rest of world): $60 USD flat, or free over $500 USD. Shipped via FedEx or UPS, typically 7–14 business days. Local prices shown where available. Import duties, taxes, and VAT may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local authorities, are outside our control, and are non-refundable.

EU Buyers

If you are located in the European Union, please note that additional VAT or import duties may apply to your order depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at crescentgems@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at crescentgems@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
