You may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
• The gemstone must be in its original, unused condition.
• All original documentation must be included (lab reports, certificates, packaging, and accessories).
• Items that have been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or modified after delivery are not eligible.
• Missing or damaged lab reports may incur a replacement fee as determined by the issuing laboratory.

To start a return, please email us at crescentgems@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping fees (if any), customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
