SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Crescent Gems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

For EU consumers, we will deliver goods within the timeframe agreed at checkout or, if no timeframe is agreed, within 30 days of the contract date. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos and designs, is owned by Crescent Gems or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. Crescent Gems is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Crescent Gems. Shopify is not responsible for sales, transactions, or any damages related to your interactions with Crescent Gems. You release Shopify from all claims related to your use of the Services.
