RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Crescent Gems, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To qualify for a return:
- The gemstone must be in its original condition, subject only to handling necessary to inspect the item (as you would in a physical store).
- All original documentation must be included (lab reports, certificates, packaging, and accessories).
- Items that have been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
- Missing or damaged lab reports may incur a replacement fee as determined by the issuing laboratory.
To start a return, please email us at crescentgems@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will inform you of the estimated return shipping cost before you proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return notification (or within 14 days of receiving the goods back, whichever is later).
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Original shipping fees (if any), customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another gemstone, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at crescentgems@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to the same condition and eligibility requirements as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom or special orders (personalized or made-to-order items)
- Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original lab reports or certificates (unless otherwise agreed)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crescentgems@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Orders
International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by their local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Crescent Gems and are non-refundable.
If an international shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, any return shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from the refund.
EU Buyers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the model withdrawal form below or submit any other unambiguous statement to crescentgems@gmail.com.
