SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed the next business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days via standard courier.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

• Standard rate: $60.00 USD per shipment
• Free shipping on international orders over $500.00 USD

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local authorities upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are not controlled by Crescent Gems and are the responsibility of the recipient. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

EU Buyers

If you are located in the European Union, please note that additional VAT or import duties may apply to your order depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at crescentgems@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at crescentgems@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
