Your wholesale account works for you in two ways.

1. Buy at wholesale. Once your registration is approved, log in with your email address and wholesale prices appear across the site automatically, with no need to ask for a quote on each stone. When a client picks a stone for a piece you are making, you buy it from us at your wholesale price.

2. Earn when your clients buy. Every approved wholesale account also gets a personal referral link and a partner dashboard. Share the link on your website, on social media or in an email to a client. When someone you referred buys a stone from Crescent Gems, a referral fee is credited to your account. We handle the sale, the stone and the shipping. Your dashboard shows every referral, every fee earned and every payment we have made to you.

How the referral system works

• Your link stays active for 180 days after a client clicks it.

• You earn on that client’s first order and on every order they place afterwards.

• Referrals apply to new Crescent Gems customers; the first partner to introduce a client keeps that client.

• Fees are calculated on the price your client pays for the stone, excluding shipping and taxes, and paid by bank transfer 30 days after the order, once the return period has closed.

• You can change your referral code at any time from your dashboard.

• Your own purchases do not earn referral fees, because you already pay the wholesale price.

Your clients only ever see our normal retail prices; your wholesale price is visible only in your account.
