Tempered Dhal Curry

Dhal curry made with coconut milk , hmmmmmm......a favorite food of a good friend of mine who visits me yearly, good with bread and pol sambol , or with roti or rice. If made correctly will tantalize your taste buds.

Dhal 100g
Onions 1
Tomato 2
curry leaves
Coconut Milk 1.5 cups

Oil 3 table spoons
Garlic 1 piece
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Cumming Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
